AGREEMENT
Strategic Consulting, Inc., will employ all reasonable precautions to prevent disclosure of the contents of these reports to any person or organization other than purchasers for a period of two years after the issuing date. Purchaser agrees: To protect our investment in the report(s) purchased from Strategic Consulting, Inc., we agree: 1) not to copy or reproduce the report(s) in whole or in part, by any means; 2) to restrict circulation to our own company employees; and 3) to use all precautions reasonable to prevent the disclosure of the contents to any other person or organization. We understand that purchased reports can only be made available within our company and/or its subsidiaries.
